The presentation covering the legal disclosure issues relevant to discussion to the facts and circumstances surrounding social worker privilege and the Virginia Tech and Columbine shootings: A case law presentation regarding New York Mental Health Law, Kendra's Law and decisions from the New York Mental Hygiene Law § 9.60; New York Psychologist privilege under § 4507 & 4508; Social Worker Privilege and Mental Hygiene Law § 33.13 in cases of serious or imminent danger.

In addition the presentation focused on the Family Education Rights and Privacy Acts, also known as FERPA.

In each of the three years Robert J. La Reddola presented an update on the analysis of cases following the Corinno Civetta Construction Corp. v. City of New York cases and interpretations of damages for delay rule. The discussion included an analysis of pay when paid clauses, pay if paid clauses, and discussions on how to avoid problems in getting your construction contractor client paid.
